We have partner machine shops in Australia, America and Asia. This allows us to the right expertise for the part being manufactured. Whether it’s using a 5 axis CNC for a highly detailed suspension component or a fabricator for sheet metal work, we have access to the right skill set for your job. We also use various local contractors that specialise in certain areas for smaller one-off projects, or where part manufacturing has a requirement to be manufactured locally.
Carbon Fibre work is one area that requires local manufacturing and as such we use a number of different suppliers depending on the size and complexity of the job. Unless manufacturing of carbon components is being done in large quantities, in which case we have access to composite shops in Asia who have the capabilities to manufacture on a much larger scale where cost savings can be achieved.
